Terms of Service
Last updated September 14, 2026. These terms apply when you use this website, the Miguan browser extension, and any cloud models it offers.
The service
PriceOf Lab provides this website and the Miguan browser extension (the "Service"). The Service is offered as-is, for personal learning and reading. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals but is not a refund. Refunds follow the law applicable to your purchase; we do not offer refunds for partial periods already used.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse engineering or scraping of the cloud models, no rate-limit circumvention, no exceeding the request quotas we enforce, and no using the Service to generate unlawful content. We may throttle or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.
Cloud models and AI output
When you use a cloud model, your prompts and their context are sent to third-party model providers through our proxy for processing. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
